Mitt Romney is a practicing hedonist and a Mormon. President Obama supports abortion and gay marriage. To vote for one or the other is like Gen. Custer saying, “Some of the Indians seem friendly!”
BTW, the “lesser of two evils” in spiritual terms is a synonym for compromise. One preacher says Jesus was not born of a virgin and did not resurrect. The other preacher says that Jesus was not born of a virgin but did resurrect. Do you support the “lesser of two evils”? Let's see, hemlock or arsenic.
It just may be time for all true believers to shuffle off the grave clothes of this fallen system and stand completely on the uncompromised Word of God.
Or we can just continue as we are. Selah.

Just last night I was reading a familiar portion of scripture Jer. 23:14, in which the Lord is describing false prophets. One of His indictments against them is that they "strengthen the hands of evildoers." Hmmm...
It dawned on me just then that christian "leaders" (prophets) who are teaching and leading the sheep into political causes and to support political candidates through errors like theonomy, dominionism, culture war, and seven-mountain mandate; are in effect "strengthening the hands of evildoers" and leading other sheep to do so. By supporting, displaying signs and bumper stickers, giving voting directives on behalf of people who will do evil, because they are unregenerate, they are strengthening the hands. Hands indicate the active behaviors, the doings of a person. Political support strengthens these candidtaes to lie, slander, manipulate, go to war, etc. And to go on humanistically and self-willed without surrender to the Lord and King.

Clearly, The Lord seems to have painted the U.S. Ecclesia (i.e., those still trapped in the self-serving delusions of western churchianity) into the proverbial corner this election season. Hopefully clear enough at least for those who have been blessed with eyes to see. Who are you going to vote for anyway; One guy who worships a false god, or the other guy who worships a false god? Can it be any more clear that The Lord has drew the line in the sand and said enough is enough, pick this day whom you will serve, and in whom you will trust, be it the true Lord Jesus, or the whims of men? I’m already getting emails from friends and family about how this election, (just like all the others before it, and back to at least 1980) will be the most important election in the history of this country. So, please vote for this godless pagan and not the other godless pagan because this godless pagan is not as bad as the other godless pagan? Can we say; Hegelian Dialectic Scheme? This is why I quit voting after the 2000 election, or selection? fiasco. Just a thought or two, to enjoy.
