Utopian America
Perhaps the best or worst thing that could happen to some believers is if the American government would outlaw abortion, outlaw homosexuality, outlaw socialism, outlaw welfare, outlaw Islam, and send all illegal’s back to Mexico. In that event many believers would have nothing to discuss.
Oh, besides outlawing all those things, perhaps the government would substantially increase prisoner executions and make divorce quicker and easier. All in all, that would be a utopia for many evangelicals.

What would evangelicals do if their daughters couldn't get an abortion, their sons couldn't be homosexuals, and they had no maids or gardeners? Divorce of course and look for greener pastures.
If it were just a size or kind of sin God hated, most of us would be okay, but it is sin period.We as Christians need to ask God to show us our sins and we need to repent of our sins... fundamentalists, or evangelicals. Pray for the Lord to help us humble ourselves and pray for forgiveness. Jesus came not to judge but to save. He will come to judge soon. Till then His light should shine through us.
They most likely would have plenty to discuss Rick! Mandatory church attendance, the tithe, and Tea Party membership. Their lust for a utopian america through works will never be satisfied
God uses the cheifest of sinners whether they have aborted babies, murdered,
Committed adultery, homosexuals, thieves, etc.
God did Not come into the world to save those who are righteous. (a righteousness of their own covering)
Blood sacrifice was offered for the sins of the world but it does not forgive unless it is of and by His Spirit.
As Paul said of himself, 1Tim 1:15 The saying is trustworthy and deserving of full acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am the foremost.
Matt 9:9-13 As Jesus went on from there, He saw a man called Matthew, sitting in the tax collector’s booth; and He said to him, “Follow Me!” And he got up and followed Him. Then it happened that as Jesus was reclining at the table in the house, behold, many tax collectors and sinners came and were dining with Jesus and His disciples.When the Pharisees saw this, they said to His disciples, “Why is your Teacher eating with the tax collectors and sinners?”But when Jesus heard this, He said, “It is not those who are healthy who need a physician, but those who are sick. “But go and learn what this means: ‘I DESIRE COMPASSION, AND NOT SACRIFICE,’ for I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners.”
2Cor 5:21
He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called:

But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;

And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are:
