THE POWER OF PERSUASION
I love it
when a political party laments and says “We’ve got to find a way to reach out
to many different demographics.”
Let me
translate: “We have to manipulate our beliefs in a way that all the
demographics actually believe we believe as they do”.
But, sadly,
many churches behave in the same way. They downplay their beliefs and package
their church in a way that appeals to a broad scope of people, regardless of
what they believe. In so doing, they deny the power of the gospel in deference
to the power of persuasion.

It goes back to your last post Open Blasphemy. The church in America is not the church of the Bible. It is filled with the world, so not surprised. Feel compassion for them because the Word of God says:
Hebrews 10:31
It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
May God call out more to Him in these last days.

When I hear a party say they need to find ways to make others like them, have they ever tried following Jesus. It would save them a lot of money, and they wouldn't have to manipulate, pretend, hire advisers, or ingratiate themselves to anyone. Minorities and all persuasions would be drawn to them because of their walking testimony.
