Am I a Mormon?
There is a fundamental difference between taking issue, and even strong and corrective issue, with preachers who are distorting the gospel and teaching falsehoods that do violence to the gospel, as opposed to “reporting” about the run of the mill person, perhaps lost, and their struggle with sin. That is not discernment, that is National Enquire-esque journalism.
If reading unfavorable news about people and spreading that news further is a “ministry” then I’m a Mormon. We used to call that gossip in the old days.
