Mark Driscoll, pastor of Mars Hill Church in Seattle, Washington, sees the paganism in the movie Avatar. OK. But he says he isn’t against movies (of which “Fight Club” is one of his favorites) or special effects. He provides proof for this by proclaiming he has at his home two complete theatre systems and three TVOs in his own home. Of course the religion of the Na’vi is pagan. He sees that clearly.

But he is blind to the hedonism and paganism of his own home.
