The Creator Returns

THE CREATOR RETURNS

Matt.24: 42 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.
 43 But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.
 44 Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.

God, the Being and the concept, is greater than all our thoughts and imaginations. He has revealed Himself in the masculine and so we call God with the words Him, He, and Father, and yet God cannot be whittled down to any gender. He of course surpasses gender, but still we must remain within the parameters of His revelation. So those of us who have come to know the Creator willingly and happily interact with Him in the masculine sense. And those who want to change that approach do violence to God’s Word as well as usually bring many other unscriptural changes.

But so often people, even professing believers, lose sight of the fact that the Scriptures reveal that Jesus, the Word, and the Second Person of the Trinity is also the Creator. Because Jesus is also called the “Son” we subconsciously think of Him as somehow subordinate to the Father and yet the mystery is that He is equal with the Father. In reality attempting to dissect the Godhead and place post-its on each divine entity is completely beyond us. Again, we are gloriously restrained to act only within the parameters of God’s Word. Believe me there is enough profound depth as to provide treasure for a lifetime regardless of how dedicated you are to dig for it.

As with all things associated with God there is a great mystery as it pertains to creation. I mean God creates with a word? And God is a spirit so when we imagine a giant mouth with lips and a tongue we are using our sphere of reference which may help but is infinitely limited in scope and reality. When God speaks a word it is outside human understanding and exists in essence and power and holiness in the eternal and divine realm. It is the most gracious gift God ever gave us when He gave us His written Word, and then gloriously gave us His Word in flesh. Yes I am walking on eternal stepping stones here.

And here is a little dip into the unimaginable realm. When Jesus, who is the Word, spoke a word to create, that Word was Himself. Go ahead and roll that around in your little pea shooter and then act like you know it all. We have so constricted our God and presented His as some super human which by the way is what the demonic revelations from Joseph Smith told him. No, our God surpasses knowledge and yet God still gave us glorious glimpses and revelations of Himself through His Word and the teaching ministry of the Spirit. The church has even neglected that gift and many seek some new and different story about God from all sorts of story tellers who are spreading nothing more than their own imaginations and opinions wrapped up in nice and alluring packages. Do not be deceived.

But do not also be deceived into being satisfied with your comfortable and minute view of Almighty God. As long as you stay well inside the Scriptures you can through prayer and meditating on the Word allow the Spirit to expand you view of God in a way that will edify you and also expand you worship and obedience. And this also applies to our view of Jesus. Many believers continue to see Jesus as the lowly servant shepherd who is still meek and mild and will turn the other check. But although we still live in the age of gospel grace ordained by God, make no mistake, Jesus is a consuming fire who has made plans to return to His creation.

No hyperbole here. No exaggeration. No fairy tale. When the Creator Jesus returns to this earth it will be an event unlike any other. No Bethlehem here. This time it is the Mount of Olives and this time that mountain will split which will be just the beginning.

II Thess.1: 3 We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is meet, because that your faith groweth exceedingly, and the charity of every one of you all toward each other aboundeth;
4 So that we ourselves glory in you in the churches of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and tribulations that ye endure:
5 Which is a manifest token of the righteous judgment of God, that ye may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which ye also suffer:
6 Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you;
7 And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,
8 In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:
9 Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;
10 When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.

This will be an amazing spectacle which will bring vengeance upon the planet. Does this seem a little out of character for Jesus? Well that is what men thought about the Jesus born in Bethlehem. That could not be God because he was so humble and meek and mild. But now they claim that the warring Jesus could not be God because He is so powerful and brings such justice. You see, man doesn’t want either revelation of Jesus. Let’s be honest, man doesn’t want any God except the one he creates and that meets his own fallen lusts.

But do not be deceived. The coming of the Creator is already in the wings and God has most graciously provided us with some signs of His coming which the world and most of the church conveniently ignore or study as if they were a curiosity. The Creator, Jesus, had every right and surely the power to destroy the entire creation just because of man’s rebellion. But not only did He not destroy it, He died for us His enemies. And against that backdrop the Righteous One will come again and bring the justice that He took upon Himself and yet was overwhelmingly refused. And the day that Jesus comes back will be revealed as unlike anything man could have ever imagined. Most of our imaginations are molded to accommodate our own opinions which are always weighted toward our own interests.

But as the Scriptures attempt to reveal to us when the Creator Jesus returns He will not bring grace and mercy, those will have come to an end, but He will bring a wrath filled justice that will descend upon the inhabitants of earth. People will beg for refuge and they will find none. They will even beg for death and not find that either. How can I describe the coming holocaust? Anything we thought was violent here on earth cannot be compared with divine retribution. It will consume every human being with a fright and fear that will immobilize them. The most fear you have ever felt here will be seen as nothing.

But here comes the Creator, and He brings His wrath with Him. Oh my. I cannot imagine such a thing. The Creator is inflamed and He has been moved to action. He who created everything with just a Word now returns to bring divine justice upon all the living beings here on earth. I realize it seems so surreal and unimaginable, but that is part of the evil one’s ruse. You see, being unprepared for the Lord Christ’s return is the devil’s desire for every human being. And he has been marvelously successful in achieving that desire. And even in the church there is precious little warning, and even if there is it is usually couched in doctrinal terms emanating from a dry eyed preacher well trained in the hermeneutical skills but severely lacking any passion that would authenticate his doctrinal belief system.

But the people clamor for advice in how to achieve their wants and lusts and elevate their earthly circumstances. And men are only too happy to provide people with what they want. But if you knew the Creator was at the door and that He was about to visit human kind with violent justice, would you not warn them? Well only one conclusion can be drawn by the overwhelming silence coming from evangelical pulpits. They do not believe it anymore.

And so here we are floating downstream along with the unbelieving world. The climax of all created time is at hand and yet where are the sentries crying out a warning? When are the watchmen shouting out through tears? These best dressed pretenders only seek themselves and are ignorant of spiritual realities and looming consequences. Men and women both stand and speak words of wind which have no substance and are nonsense in the realm of the eternal. They do not warn about the wolves; they are the wolves. And a man who does not warn his flock of impending danger is a hireling and not a shepherd. Fasting and prayer have given way to a myriad of self serving conferences complete with great food, tables of items for sale, wonderful hotel rooms, and well paid speakers who bask in the human adulation.

And while this is all taking place with great intensity the Lion of the Tribe of Judah is ready to pounce upon this world. “Where is the gentle shepherd Jesus?” they ask. The day has come. The deception is complete. The falsehoods and caricatures have done their duty. And now most of the church is sleeping and continually pushing the snooze button. But the night is far spent; the day is upon us; the time is here. The true church will soon be removed. I have no energy to argue about exactly in what order these things will take place. I call us all to repent and draw close to our Great Redeemer. Do not rely upon your well rehearsed conversion story.

Watch and pray, for in an hour when you least expect it, the Creator will come.

Heard this just this morning. Thank you Lord for giving me eyes to see and ears to hear. I continue to pray for my family and others. All I can do beside live a life according to the Word.

Matthew 13:

9 Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.

10 And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables?

11 He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.

12 For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath.

13 Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand.

14 And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive:

15 For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.

16 But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear.

17 For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.

18 Hear ye therefore the parable of the sower.

19 When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the way side.

20 But he that received the seed into stony places, the same is he that heareth the word, and anon with joy receiveth it;

21 Yet hath he not root in himself, but dureth for a while: for when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, by and by he is offended.

22 He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful.

23 But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.

part 2

24 Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field:

25 But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.

26 But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.

27 So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares?

28 He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?

29 But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them.

30 Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.

31 Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field:

32 Which indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in the branches thereof.

33 Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.

34 All these things spake Jesus unto the multitude in parables; and without a parable spake he not unto them:

35 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying, I will open my mouth in parables; I will utter things which have been kept secret from the foundation of the world.

36 Then Jesus sent the multitude away, and went into the house: and his disciples came unto him, saying, Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field.

37 He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;

38 The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;

39 The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.

40 As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.

part 3

41 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;

42 And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

43 Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.

44 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; the which when a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field.

45 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a merchant man, seeking goodly pearls:

46 Who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had, and bought it.

47 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea, and gathered of every kind:

48 Which, when it was full, they drew to shore, and sat down, and gathered the good into vessels, but cast the bad away.

49 So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just,

50 And shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

51 Jesus saith unto them, Have ye understood all these things? They say unto him, Yea, Lord.

52 Then said he unto them, Therefore every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old.

53 And it came to pass, that when Jesus had finished these parables, he departed thence.

54 And when he was come into his own country, he taught them in their synagogue, insomuch that they were astonished, and said, Whence hath this man this wisdom, and these mighty works?

55 Is not this the carpenter's son? is not his mother called Mary? and his brethren, James, and Joses, and Simon, and Judas?

56 And his sisters, are they not all with us? Whence then hath this man all these things?

57 And they were offended in him. But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, save in his own country, and in his own house.

58 And he did not many mighty works there because of their unbelief.

To God be all the Glory!

with fear and trembling,

I have seen your heart is in the right place regarding the wolves and such but your understanding is wrong regarding Jesus return Rick. It is wrong because you are reasoning according to the flesh just as Paul warns you against. Wisdom dictates that a man of the flesh reasons according to the flesh and a man of spirit reasons according to the spirit for our Lord tells us His words are spirit and life and He is seeking people to worship him according to Spirit and truth just as he told the woman of Samaria at the well.

How can you believe and teach that Jesus' return is a physical event when His words teach otherwise in Luke 17 and Revelation? If you reflect on it in your mind it will convict you that it's false (Your understanding of His return at the Mount of Olives I'm referring to) and doesn't make sense. Jesus taught us that he comes as a thief in Revelation. A thief is one who isn't seen. In Luke 17 he told us that nobody will say, see over there or there He is! No, he said that the kingdom of God is within us. And I'm suprised He didn't add, "He who has hears to hear should hear!"

Jesus has warned us for He knew that the many would be of the flesh for that is where all the ravens will be gathered; that is, those whose understanding is according to the flesh; and he explicitly told us many times His coming would not be seen by those who think and reason according to the flesh. It is for us to take heed of His warning for if we don't it will be to our own shame.

Acts 1:

9 And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.

10 And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel;

11 Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.

12 Then returned they unto Jerusalem from the mount called Olivet, which is from Jerusalem a sabbath day's journey.

The Holy Spirit authored these verses through the writer. Are you saying that the Holy Spirit is a liar?

Jesus said He would return. He came in the physical once He will come again as He left to battle the Anti-Christ and those with him.

Jesus spoke much regarding the Spirit, but He also said that He would return. He said He was going to prepare a place for us in His Father's house. He also said that if it were not so He would tell us (them).

Wanting to see Jesus return with human eyes is not being in the flesh, it is very much opposite of what the flesh wants. People over analyze the Word of God instead of taking it in the simplicity in which it is given. Pray and reading will enable the Holy Spirit to lead us in wisdom, not people.

In fact, each view can be presented through Scripture. But we are not to know everything it is by faith that we look to the return of our Blessed Hope, Jesus. By the way there is a crown for those who love the appearing of the Lord Jesus Christ and who look forward to it.

1 Thessalonians 2:19
For what is our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Are not even ye in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at his coming?

The flesh doesn't want Jesus to return, but the Spirit in us does.

No flesh here.

Well Cherie, the so-called Jews of Jesus' day thought Gods kingdom was an earthly kingdom and wanted to make him a King and quite obviously the church continues to believe this to this day.

Jesus is inside of you, for he is life. Unless you believe life is self-derived? Paul tells you that a true Christian has the mind of Christ. Resurruction is of the mind, not of the flesh. Wash the inside of the cup, not the outside. Did not He that made the outside make the inside also?

Once again, there is reasoning according to the flesh and reasoning according to the spirit of the word. Clouds do not mean clouds as in clouds in the sky. Clouds mean the literal sense of the word which is elevated above earthly things that creep on the earth.

By your name you are a woman so tell me, if a woman has children in old age, are those children not feeble and sickly? So it is with the people of the church today. The children born are children that are lame (don't know good), blind (no understanding) and sick (immersed in falses of doctrine) - spiritual diseases.

You are right that Jesus is coming to put down Satan and such but you must remember Pauls exhortation in Ephesians 6 where he says: For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. He is speaking spiritually here. You are quoting words that are meat when you need milk. Do you not know that a mountain means a state of elevation of the mind? Or to take up your bed and walk means to confirm yourself in the doctrine and live according to it? The doctrine that one believes is what a person rest on, known as a bed. That is milk.

Everything regarding Jesus return is spiritual. In other words, inside of us for the Kingdom of Heaven is inside us. Those that are asleep are those that are in a natural state of mind and thinking.

Acts 1-9:10 and while they were gazing into heaven, behold
two men stood by them it white robes and said , Men of Galilee why stand looking into heaven? This Jesus whoever was taken up from you into heaven will come in the same way as you SAW Him go into heaven
Rev 1-7 - Look! He's coming back with the clouds and every EYE will SEE HIM!! Including those who pierced Him. And
all the families of the earth will mourn over Him
This is certain amen. Let us all read the Word slooowly
And may the Holy Spirit grant us Light

This really disturbs me. Worshiping in Spirit and Truth means that without the Holy Spirit we cannot worship in Spirit and Truth.

Also,

"For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms."

the reason we wrestle with spiritual forces is because they are fallen angels. We cannot see angels either good or bad. They are not visible with the human eye that is why we wrestle with them and that is why God sent His Spirit so we could battle them.

The Word of God says we will be like Him when we see Him. He went to the disciples after He raised from the dead. He walked, talked, ate and even cooked for His disciples, so He wasn't a spirit. Jesus addresses this with them.

Before Adam and Eve fell they were like Jesus is with perfect bodies, but they ate and walked and talked with the Lord and took care of the Garden. They were not spirit. Satan took the form of a serpent in order to talk to Eve because he is not able to be seen with the human eye.

How can you say this? How can anyone say that the return of Jesus is only spiritual? Jesus didn't, in spirit die on the cross, it was an actual event. And according to the Word of God so is His return.

I am weary of those who cast doubt. The only assurance is the Gospel of Jesus and what He said. I believe what He says, not what people say. I just came from a site that was vague about end times prophecy. The author wrote about it and said that the lie would be on the people who did not love the truth of the Gospel and then said that they were Christians. That Christians would be the ones deceived. WAIT! He then stated that we don't know what the lie is but that it had to do with Jesus' return.

What a terrible thing to do! Write such a thing and then leave it open ended. Those who don't love the truth of God are not Christians. The whole world professes to have a faith of some sort albeit most are false, but they believe something. Could not they also be given over to believe the lie? Why just Christians, and why regarding the return of Jesus.

This has nothing to do with dispensationalism.

It has everything to do with the interpretation of the Word of God. My rule of thumb is this, and I am not a theologian, or a bible scholar. I am a sinner saved by Grace and I believe what Jesus said in His Word. I think all is true in some way we just don't know which way. That is for Jesus to know and us to have faith in Jesus. Simple. When He says go, I will go. Until then, God's Word says that no one can pluck me out of His hands, so if some deceiver wants to fake the return of the Lord, I will look to His Word to know the truth. He told us before hand so I have not faith in man. All my faith is in Jesus and what He did on the cross, that is all I have.

I do not read a lot of books written by so called christian authors because as flesh and blood all things written (in my opinion) other than God's Word is bias because we are flesh and I do not need what they say, I need what the Word says. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Praise God! Glory and Honor to Him and Him alone. Amen!

If you would believe the word Cherie then believe what it says in Revelation that Satan deceives the whole world.

Also believe what is written in Jeremiah and Hosea the prophets that the Word declares that His people, that is Christians, have no knowledge. Before one can understand the word they must first have knowledge of the Word. This is what is meant by going down into Egypt.

You should read The Allegory of the Cave Cherie, it's pretty haunting. One of the great truths that it conveys is that if someone comes speaking the truth truly trying to liberate people, the people will kill that man. It happened in Jesus' day and the lesson to learn is that in these last days it's going to happen again. I am not talking about men such as Rick Warren, T.D. Jakes or Joel Osteen. These men are friends of the world, princes of Satan that Jesus and the apostles warned you about.

As far as the cross, you know the cross in the supreme sense means where the Lord made his human completely divine yes?
