Is your page public? If not, since I do not have a facebook account, I will not be able to see your posts.

See you in October then. God Bless you Pastor Rick.

Question when you have time to answer. Do you think/believe that the Syrian issue is the Gog and Magog war written about in Ezekiel?

Perhaps a link to your facebook page on your blog might bypass the need to have an facebook account.

Just a thought. Thanks

Cherie, it is a good idea to join up so that you can post comments.

Rick, what's your facebook address? Unless you tell us we don't know it. Enjoy the new adventure.

I did have a face book to connect with family and fellowship with brothers and sisters in Christ. I left due to language, crazy and mean people.

I don't want anything to do with facebook. It is an evil place I do not belong.

Those who wish to be on facebook, well, that may be for you, but not for me.

Cherie and anonymous if you stay on Rick's facebook page the LORD will look after you.

We all have to expect a lot of knocks from now onwards, so endeavour to be like David and be prepared to stand your ground when God's name is being disrespected. Christians are ambassadors of the Light. Unless we rebuke evil it will grow and grow.

For the record: My youngest son sign me up on FB maybe two years ago. I resisted, but eventually I used it as a witness.

Facebook is one of the most powerful spy networks there is to profile people and not all for the good. I refuse tohave a facebook account even though I am out of the loop with family and friends.

I believe we can trust the LORD to protect us no matter how much spying goes on! We walk by faith in Christ not fear of being spied on.

If we feared being spied on I think we first need to pray for a neighbor so that he doesn't itch and scratch himself to catalogue our every move when we share an al fresco meal with family and friends.

I hope I am spied on...I post daily (try to) concerning Jesus Christ, Grace and Agape Love...

Instead of telling people where I am, what I like, what I'm watching, what I drive for a car, where I go out to dinner and what color underwear I have on, I post things concerning the Christian experience.

Facebook is what you make of it, not to be feared anymore than the first computer installed in a home.

Facebook is the "perfect" place to let your friends and neighbors know, and even family, just who you are concerning Christianity...

If face book is for you, great. It is not for me. Been there, done that, and it is not for me. No fear involved. Just don't forget us that don't use face book Pastor Rick. Thanks. Have a blessed Lord's day everyone.

I have to share that I too, do miss the frequency of these blogs and the conversations that follow. It is a test in patience as I earnestly anticipate the teachings with such joy!

Like others, I have made the conscious choice not to open up a facebook account and have eliminated my email to family members only, which has brought such peace to my spiritual life. I still choose to make homemade cards and write letters to those who are loved and valued. Perhaps some would say that my life is terribly old fashioned and boring, to which my response would be a gracious thank-you.

My adult children have chosen to have facebook accounts and I trust they have made wise decisions regarding their input. They have chosen to have valued, respected pastors on their accounts and it is my hope and prayer these gentlemen will also have a godly influence regarding the material published on their sites.

Since I have no idea what facebook really entails, I, along with the other "facebookless" saints, will simply wait patiently on the LORD and encourage Pastor Rick in his faith as the Holy Spirit prompts him to write.

And Cheri, Hello! I'm sorry I did not get back to you in an earlier post. I am doing well, thank-you for being concerned. My hope and prayer is that all is well with you also. May God be with you, my friend.
