PARTAKER OF ROMNEY'S EVIL DEEDS
2 Jn.1: 9 Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.
10 If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:
11 For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.
If you as a believer support Mitt Romeny and his Mormon beliefs, you will be a partaker of his evil deeds. He has donated millions to his cult, and he is a priest within that same cult. And that cult denies the deity of Jesus Christ. So unless you believe God suspends His Word during election year, you would be wise to evaluate Biblicaly what you believe about God's Word and who is Lord in your life. And if you do, you should have grave doubts about casting a vote for him. I would suggest that casting a vote in order to have him be your president is much greater than just bidding him God speed. So where does your commitment to Christ end and your commitment to man begin?
Pray about it.
Here are the lyrics to a very popular Mormon hymn. It's their version of "How Great Thou Art".
ReplyDelete"If You Could Hie [Fly] to Kolob" – William W. Phelps
If you could hie to Kolob In the twinkling of an eye,
And then continue onward With that same speed to fly,
Do you think that you could ever, Through all eternity,
Find out the generation Where Gods began to be?
Or see the grand beginning, Where space did not extend?
Or view the last creation, Where Gods and matter end?
Me thinks the Spirit whispers, “No man has found ‘pure space,’
Nor seen the outside curtains, Where nothing has a place.”
Thank you, Terry. So many evangelicals remain ignorant to the serious heresies in Mormonism.
ReplyDeleteRick, have you checked out the website, Evangelicalsformitt?
ReplyDeleteTheir newest post, Evangelicals, Mormons, and Christianity: The Glossary, by evangelical attorney David French, is a real eye-opener.
I've been following the articles they've posted over the last few months in which they try to convince Christians of the moral "rightness" in voting for Romney.
