Just a Praise Post!

JUST A PRAISE POST!!

I cannot restrain myself. I was writing about Jesus and the cross and I was overwhelmed with a myriad of emotions. I just want to openly and unashamedly praise His Matchless name!! Most of you do not know who I was and what kind of a disgusting sinner I was. You talk about the gays? I sold drugs to high school kids. I planned on robbing a bank and killing the guard. I was a rabid heterosexual sinner who engaged in unbridled promiscuity. I stole and hated and used His name in cursing and was a very violent man who rode a motorcycle. Go ahead and talk about the gays if that makes you feel like a truth warrior, but you do not know who I was.

You would have much preferred walking on the same side of the street with some gay person than you would have on my side. I might have killed you. I cannot help but bow before Him and shield my eyes from condemning anyone else. I deserved hell. I DID NOT WANT GOD BUT HE WANTED ME!!! Sometimes I cry, sometimes I dance, sometimes I shout, sometimes I meditate, and sometimes I just act like a fool for Jesus and sometimes I do it all! I wish I was more of a fool for Him.

I open this comment thread for anyone and everyone to praise the Risen Christ! It’s about time He receives all the preeminence in a comment thread. I was so unworthy, you have no idea. I know who I was and He surely knew me even better and yet He came to rescue me from what I deserved and He gave me what I surely did not deserve. How can I thank Him? I wish to sacrifice the air in my lungs to praise Him!

Jesus, You are everything and we owe You EVERYTHING! To think of Your cross and Your blood sacrifices not only leaves us breathless but removes any pride or self righteousness. Halleluiah! What a Savior! Let everything that has breath praise Your Holy name!! I openly strip myself of all useless issues and lay before You in immobilized worship. I submit myself to Your Lordship and I say in front of all the angles and whoever reads this little blog that I have no life but Yours!

    Amen and Amen!!
Jesus saves sinners! How can we not be humbled and thankful for that. We deserve death and Hell, and He gives life instead because HE loved us first and died for us while we were still His enemies. Indeed, what a Saviour!!

    HE IS UNFATHOMABLY WONDERFUL!!!!!

Thank you for this, pastor. Thank you so much for this. It's so great to just praise Him for who He is, for loving us wretches, and for hunting us down when we didn't want Him. PRAISE forever belongs to Him.

Amen and Amen too!!! Pastor Rick, I cringe when I think of the some of the things I did BC (before Christ). The freedom, peace and joy we have in Christ Jesus is unsurpassable. Those still lost cannot begin to understand the bondage they are in to the things of this world. Hallelujah Jesus! Thank you for your love, grace and mercy upon undeserving sinners, such as I. I praise your name Lord Jesus! A name above all names! Thank you Pastor Rick for your ministry.

    from a favorite old hymn:

    Fairest Lord Jesus,
    Ruler of all nature,
O Thou of God and man, the Son.
    Thee will I cherish,
    Thee will I honor,
Thou my soul's glory, joy and crown.

    Fair is the sunshine,
    Fairer still the moonlight
    And all the twinkling, starry host;
    Jesus shines brighter,
    Jesus shines purer
Than all the angels heaven can boast.

a praise song from way back:

    His Name is wonderful
    His Name is wonderful
    His Name is wonderful
    Jesus, my Lord.

    He is the mighty King
    Master of everything
    His Name is wonderful
    Jesus, my Lord.

    He's the Great Shepherd
    The Rock of all ages
    Almighty God is He

    Bow down before Him
    Love and adore Him
    His Name is wonderful
    Jesus, my Lord.

  9. There is no God like our God. Everytime I am at church and start to enter into His presence with singing and worship, I cannot help but cry. I do it every single time. Sometimes I wish I could stop, but I can't help myself. To think that He loves me and saved me from myself and still loves me and doesn't give up on me even when I still struggle with different issues...He is still refining me and it amazes me that when I fall, and I feel concious of it in even the very small things, He is still there forgiving me and urging me on into His deliverance to be the overcomer He claims I am. God has made us to sit in heavenly places with Christ Jesus, already, and someday bodily we will be there. I can't wait. I want to go home, I want to see His face, to fall at his feet and cry out all my love to Him and thank Him over and over and over. I want to never sin again so that I can finally feel the full cleansing He paid such a dear price to give me. I love Him and I feel like we're away from home and I miss Him. I want to be holy for He is holy. I want to make Him happy because He has done so much more for me than I will ever understand or know. He is the matchless King of eternity and He is the lover of our souls. Praise Him in the highest! Amen!

How blessed are those that truly love the risen LORD Jesus. How honoured are they to fitness faithfully that He is King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Precious readers, God's name is holy. Never be tempted to trust Allah of the Koran, for he is a counterfeit god. Allah of the Koran isn't anything he claims to be. He is a fraud and liar from start to finish. Reject everything that mouthpiece of Satan says.

Precious readers, put your faith only in the true God, the God of the holy Bible. Love the God of the holy Bible with all your heart, soul and strength and God will surely rescue and protect you and satisfy you with an abundant life. Give your thanksgiving, praise and worship to the risen LORD Jesus, who is sinless as only God is.

Give your thanksgiving, praise and worship to the Teacher of Teachers, our King of Kings, our compassionate Creator and High Priest.

How blessed are we that God Triune loves us steadfastly and that we can respond with overflowing gratitude.

Come on everyone all over the world, let's praise the Risen Christ! Give Him the preeminence for He is worthy of thanksgiving, praise and worship. Let's praise the Jesus of the holy Bible and reject the Isa of the Koran who is mistakenly regarded by multitudes of Muslims as Jesus. O let's worship in spirit in truth His matchless name! Hallelujah! What a Savior! Let every living creation of God praise His Holy name!

What an immense honour it is for God's saints to witness faithfully that the risen LORD Jesus is eternally King of Kings and Lord of Lords!

O let's worship together in spirit and in truth His matchless name!

Hallelujah! What a Savior! Let every living creation of God praise the holy name of LORD Jesus Christ and His perfect, atoning, finished work on the cross. What courage. What compassion. What kindness our treasured intercessor showed His creation.

What a phenomenal forgiver of contrite and repentant sinners is God's Beloved Son.

Come precious Friend of Friends, come. Come in all Your glory as Judge but until You do thank You for being an unsurpassed Friend whilst continuing to be Our all-wise LORD God!

Mightily blessed shall be Your hallowed, holy, healing name forever and ever.

  13. How sweet to hear the lovely testimony of Christ IN His people. I am so thankful for the work of His Spirit in my life everyday. In the beginning God said, "Let us make man in our image." Even though I abhor myself, I see Him transforming me into the image of His Son. (ever so slowly) And I can't help but praise His Holy Name!
Blessings to all my brothers and sisters in Christ.

Truly I pray, that God our Father and His Son Lord and Savior Jesus was Glorified and Honored by His people this day, with this Praise and Worship. If only a little by those who were lost but now are found. Found in Jesus, and Jesus alone. Glory to God and Blessings to all my brothers and sisters. Also, consider yourselves hugged.

Pastor, look what you started! God bless you brother!

by the way, thirty years ago my niece and nephews used to call me mean aunt Cherie. Enough said. Thank you dear, dear sweet Savior for saving a mean wretch like me.

    yours sister in Christ Jesus,
    Cherie c.
