GOD IS WARNING THIS DAY
GOD IS WARNING THIS DAY
Yesterday President Obama spoke to the United Nations with a message of free speech and global cooperation. It was completely secular in nature as is the tradition of all American presidents. And all those who suggest that America is a Christian nation should take notice. Our leaders only refer to religion in an innocuous sense and never mention the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.
But today, September 26, 2012, the President of Iran, Mohmoud Ahmadinejad, spoke to the same United Nations general assembly. Here is a portion of what he said.
"On one hand Marxism is no longer around and is particularly eliminated from the management systems. On the other hand, capitalism is bogged down in a self made quagmire and it has indeed reached a deadlock. And it does not seem to be able to come up with any noteworthy solution to the various economic, political, security, and cultural problems of the world.
But our mission is creating peace and lasting security with decent lives for all although a great and historic mission can be accomplished. Almighty God has not left us alone in this mission and it will surely happen. If it does not then it will be contradictory to His wisdom.
God has promised us a man of kindness, a man who loves people and loves absolute justice; a man who is a perfect human being, and his name is al-Mahdī (12th Imam). A man who will come in the company of Jesus Christ and the righteous. By using the inerrant potential of all the worlds men and women and he will lead humanity to achieving its glorious and eternal ideals.
The arrival of the ultimate savior will mark a new birth, a new beginning, and a resurrection. It will be the beginning of peace and lasting security and genuine life. His arrival will be the end of oppression , immorality, poverty, and discrimination and it will be the beginning of justice, love, and empathy.
He will come to return all children of Adam, irrespective of skin colors, to their innate origin after a long history of separation, linking them to eternal happiness and joy. The arrival of the ultimate savior and Jesus Christ and the righteous will bring about an eternally bright future for mankind, not by force or waging wars, but through thought, awakening, and developing kindness in everyone.
Their arrival will breathe a new life in the cold and frozen hearts and bodies of the world. He will bless humanity with a spring that puts an end to our winter of ignorance with the tidings of a season of blooming. Now we can see and we can sense the sweet scent and the soulful breeze of the spring. A spring that has just begun and that doesn’t belong to a specific race, ethnicity, nation, or region. A spring that will reach all the territories in Asia, Europe, Africa, and America. He will be the spring of all. The justice seekers, freedom lovers, and the followers of heavenly prophets. He will be the spring of humanity and the greenery of all ages. Let us join hands and clear the way for his eventual arrival with empathy and cooperation and in harmony and unity. Let us march on this fact to salvation for the thirsty souls of humanity to taste immortal joy and grace. Long live this spring!"
Iran is much more open and unashamed about their Muslim foundations while America tries not to mix governing with religion. We are pluralistic, they are not. But as you read his words can you feel the Spirit of God stirring up inside you? Many Americans will hear these words and set out to enflame a war against Islam, and in so doing they have completely missed the entire message.
The antichrist may be already on the scene. No one yet knows since he has not been revealed as of yet. But God is speaking and warning through a fallen man who worships a demon. Do we have ears to hear or do we still see things through the prism of America? The time is now and the clarion call is unmistakable. When will we fall on our faces and repent? Not America, but the church! This is no joke. This is not being sensational or melodramatic. The coming of Jesus Christ is at the doorstep and for all who have ears to hear we must embrace the voice of the Spirit. Demon possessed men boldly proclaim the coming of the 12th Imam while the leaders of the so called “Christian nation” talk about replacement referees.
But the church remains asleep. While we play some contrived game of global Risk the enemy continues to sow seeds of deception. And when men call for peace there will come sudden destruction. This wicked Iranian President spoke more clearly about his Muslim faith than Joel Osteen and Rick Warren and Rob Bell and Barak Obama have altogether. And those who hear can see that God is using the tongue of a mule to warn us.
I do not embrace some Mayan calendar, but when a Muslim speaks to the world about a coming man of peace, and mentions the Lord Jesus Christ, let us be driven to our knees and to the Word of God. Do not relegate it to politics or foreign affairs. There is something much more urgent going on here. The time we all say we believe and welcome is upon us. Even the heathen in their ignorance speak words of prophetic reality. We all have been warned. We all are responsible.
Today if you will hear His voice…
The time is very short for the return of Jesus in the clouds! I have been questioning in my heart, "Lord, am I wrong for telling all that I meet that they do not have much time left to make that decision to turn their life over to the Messiah, Jesus?" You have answered my question with a shout, not the still small voice. I have been praying for the salvation of all that I talk to. It is not on the horizon, Jesus is truelly at the door right now and He is knocking louder. I can hear the voice of Him saying "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand!"

Keep up this voice of the trumpet, brother. The time is drawing near. "He who is unjust, let him be unjust still; he who is filthy, let him be filthy still; he who is righteous, let him be righteous still; he who is holy, let him be holy still" (Rev. 22:11 NKJV).
ReplyDeleteI think that some christians will take this speech from Pres. Ahmadinejad as an opportunity to push their agenda, that wants the U.S. to engage in a pre-emptive attack on Israel's enemies. There seems to be this need for these conservative-political christians to start a war between Iran and Israel or any Muslim country against Israel to usher in the Lord's return or maybe usher in their idea of God's Kingdom on earth. This is so wrong.
ReplyDeleteThere have been many "christs" up to this point who have claimed they are the world's Messiah, like Jesus prophesied there would be. And last year Pres. Ahmadinejad referred to the 12th Imam, saying he would return soon. So, it's been known for a time that Muslims are waiting for their messiah too. We were always taught in bible study that religions will try to draw together in the last days and maybe accept one messiah-for-all, that encompasses all religions.
Of course, we know that Jesus alone is
the Messiah. But, for years in a fundamentalist church that I attended, the thought was that the man of sin would certainly come from a new age, or alternative religion. It never occurred to them that he might arrive from the very churches that they attend or that he might arrive in some unexpected setting.
Watching christians get excited because they think a war will erupt in the Middle East is disturbing. Some christians act like military crusaders, waiting for the battle to start in another part of the world while they wait in the secure comfort of their homes. These are the ones who rile up strife on cable news. Entire families in the middle east would be injured and killed and fanatic christians seem to overlook that fact, all they lust for is that war breaks out, so they can reap some fantasy reward on earth. They seem to think they will be exempt from the tribulations of those times. Seems that it's a christian's duty to pray, pray for God's continual mercy and grace. We have no right to interfere in the Father's last day's plans for mankind and for Israel.
Lots to contemplate in these confusing times.
The intention of Pres. Ahmadinejad is clear that only by intervention of Messiah will bring peace to all and the only way is by war.
ReplyDeleteEverlasting life only for those repent and live according to word of GOD.
About the Antichrist, I think Pr. Jonathan Martin put it best:

Want to talk about deception in latter times? Interestingly, the New Testament does not limit the idea of an “antichrist” to one global personality, but rather speaks of many antichrists. Thus we have I John 2.18, “Children, it is the last hour! As you have heard that antichrist is coming, so now many antichrists have come. From this we know that it is the last hour.” John also says “Many deceivers have gone out into the world, those who do not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh; any such person is the deceiver and the antichrist!” As so much of our current “prophetic” media focuses on speculation of a single antichrist figure somewhere in the sphere of global politics, we are prone to forget that in the days leading to Jesus’ return, there will be many alternatives to the lordship of Jesus that will come bearing His name and claiming His approval. According to Scripture this is a “spirit,” a spiritual force that alters the disposition of actual persons in a way that is contrary to the life, death and resurrection of Jesus.
Could it be that in looking out for “the antichrist” that we have allowed room for other antichrists/the spirit of the antichrist (not speaking of prophecy teachers per se, but rather alternative gospels or a different spirit/disposition that opposes the character and witness of Christ Himself)? That in our desire to “defeat a monster that we have become a monster”?
I would raise the question—if the Church no longer shares the posture of the God who loved the world so much as to give His only begotten Son in sacrifice and humility...if the Church that bears the name of Jesus really believes they can only conquer evil through the world’s swords or the world’s political power... If the Church sees the cross only as the means of salvation and not also the cross they must carry in obedience to Jesus, offering their lives up for the nations... if the Church sees its enemies as people to protest against/condemn/or even defeat rather than wayward sons and daughters we are called to bless and pray for... who needs an antichrist?
You don’t have to have Henry Kissinger, Michael Jackson, Mikhail Gorbachev or Barack Obama bearing the devil’s mark to subvert the mission of God’s people in the world if we’ve already decided the direct teaching and example of Jesus is no longer relevant to His Church. You don’t need a microchip under your hand or forehead to give your life to the beast if you are using the devil’s tools to try and build God’s kingdom... What could possibly be sadder than watching the Church continue to move forward with its work and witness while Jesus gets left behind?

Perhaps there is truth in the old quote:
"We have found the enemy, and he is us."
